PROAXON provides software consulting services including but not limited to:

  • Mobile application development
  • AI automation solutions
  • Chatbot and voicebot development
  • Business process automation
  • Technology consulting

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete project requirements
  • Timely feedback and approvals
  • Payment according to agreed terms
  • Compliance with applicable laws and regulations

4. Intellectual Property

All custom software, applications, and solutions developed by PROAXON for clients will be owned by the client upon full payment. PROAXON retains rights to general methodologies, frameworks, and tools used in development.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally, we require:

  • Initial deposit before project commencement
  • Milestone-based payments for larger projects
  • Final payment upon project completion and delivery

6. Limitation of Liability

PROAXON's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
